Start here to understand what C2 is, what each area does, and where to go first as a new staff member.

Welcome to C2.

If this is your first time here, think of C2 as your community operations desk. It is where staff manage people, structure, events, forms, applications, automation, and day-to-day admin settings.

How To Use This Guide

You do not need to read every page in order. Most teams get value fastest by following this path:

  1. Set up staff access in Roles And Permissions.
  2. Organize people and records in Personnel Workflows.
  3. Build your community structure in Hierarchy And ORBAT.
  4. Run operations in Events, Forms, And Applications.
  5. Set up smart automations in Automation Flows.
  6. Track activity in Logs And Audit Trails.
  7. If something blocks you, use Errors And Troubleshooting.

What Each Section Covers

If You Are Completely New

Start with a small setup sprint:

  1. Create at least one staff role (for example, Operations Staff).
  2. Assign that role to one or two test profiles.
  3. Create one event and one form.
  4. Submit one test form response.
  5. Create one simple automation for new profile onboarding.
  6. Check logs to confirm you can track changes.

After that, your team has a complete end-to-end workflow to build on.
