Update community details, visibility, branding, billing plans, and deletion settings.

How to Manage and Edit a Community

Use the community edit page to keep your profile accurate, visible, and up to date.

Access and Permissions

  • Only the community owner can edit community settings.
  • Open your community page and select the manage action to enter edit mode.
  • Edit URL format: /communities/{communityId}-{abbreviation}/edit

What You Can Update

Basic information

  • Community name
  • Abbreviation
  • Description
  • Discord invite URL
  • Website URL

Validation rules include:

  • Abbreviation must be 2 to 8 characters.
  • Abbreviation accepts letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores.
  • Description must be 4000 characters or fewer.
  • Discord and website links must use valid formats.

Discovery settings

  • Games
  • Regions
  • Playstyles

These settings help players find your community in filters and listings.

Branding

  • Logo
  • Banner
  • Background image

Visibility

You can toggle community visibility:

  • Visible in listings: shown in discovery pages.
  • Hidden from listings: removed from listing pages.

C2 Shortcut

If configured for your community, the edit page provides:

  • Open C2 button
  • Copy URL action

Billing and Plan Management

You can manage both plan families from the edit page:

  • C2 plans: Squad, Platoon, Company
  • MilSim Rank plans: Infantry, Ranger, Special Operations

Available actions include:

  • Open billing portal
  • Choose a new tier
  • Start checkout for an upgrade
  • Review current plan status

Important details:

  • Checkout currency may be locked by prior billing activity.
  • Special Operations availability can be limited by seat capacity.

Delete Community

Community deletion is permanent.

To confirm deletion:

  1. Open Delete community.
  2. Type the community abbreviation exactly.
  3. Confirm permanent deletion.
